Our National Division staff is responsible for all phases of your transaction from the issuance of the title commitments, title clearance, closing, and policy issuance to resolving any post-closing matters.

The vast majority of title agents do not do commercial business nationally, but we do. We deal with complex multi-state, multi-site transactions. One of the advantages we offer clients is that we have access to multiple underwriters. This is beneficial in filed-rate states, we know which underwriters have the lowest rates, and we know the strengths of each company depending on the region.

In addition our clients enjoy centralized service. Even if the transaction involves multiple regions, the client still only needs to deal with a single point of contact. The Client is able to work with the same team of experts regardless of the number or location of the property(ies) involved in their transactions.
