Commercial Escrow Division
Near North National Title's commercial escrow division administers all types of commercial escrows. These include earnest money, deed and money, money lenders and post-closing escrows.
Our Commercial Escrow Division is known within the Chicago real estate community for its commitment to providing a high level of service and the ability to effectively close high liability commercial transactions.
We work closely with all parties involved to efficiently and effectively close transactions.
Underwriting Division
Our Underwriting Division analyzes requests to resolve title issues and to provide additional coverage through endorsements to title policies.
Our Underwriting Division also provides assistance in completing complex title examinations as well as technical support to the other divisions of the Company.
Near North National Title's agency relationship with various underwriters provides us the opportunity to draw on the strengths of each underwriter and provide greater flexibility in dealing with the various underwriting issues presented.
Title related and 1031 Exchange educational seminars are provided which can be tailored to address specific issues.
