Sean Conlon, a licensed real estate broker in Illinois, has more than 10 years of experience in real estate development, finance, and investment banking. He is a principal at Sussex and Reilly, a leading real estate company. He also owns Conlon Capital LLC, which provides real estate consulting services to clients within the many area of the real estate industry.

Sean Conlon is recognized as one of the leading sellers of residential real estate in Chicago and has also been recognized as one of the top-producing agents in the entire country.

Conlon, an Ireland native, began his career in 1993 when he joined Koenig & Strey. Taking his experience, know-how and success to the next level, Conlon and two partners formed Sussex & Reilly in January 2000. Sussex & Reilly began with a 15-person staff and quickly evolved to become a major player amongst Chicago residential real estate companies. Today Sussex & Reilly employs 165 agents in 4 offices in Chicago.

Before Conlon arrived in America he worked as a credit analyst for the Middle East Bank in London and attended the College of Marketing and Design in Dublin. He divides his time between his homes in Chicago and Ireland.
