Daniel P. Folwer, founder of Impressionist Homes, is an attorney who left a career as a corporate lawyer at Winston & Strawn to pursue his dream of building well-appointed homes on Chicago's near north side. From the beginning, Daniel's goal has been to build homes that "create a lasting impression." To make that happen, Daniel has created long-term working relationships with artisans, trades people, architects and engineers.

Daniel received a BS in finance, with honors, from Indiana University, and a J.D., magna cum laude, from the Indiana University Law School.

Daniel and his family live in Lakeview.
