With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Cindy O’Donohue is a well respected title insurance professional. She has built and maintained relationships with some of the largest investors, developers, lenders and other professionals in the industry, having distinguished herself as a hardworking, straightforward and effective provider of title, underwriting and closing services.

O’Donohue joined Near North National Title in 1994 as Manager of the National Business Division. She served in several management positions, achieving significant impact on the growth of the company, before being named President. O’Donohue conceptualized proprietary software for Near North National Title, known as the Commercial Transaction Management System, and remains engaged in utilizing technology to ensure best business performance.

A native of Chicago, O'Donohue is a graduate of DePaul University. She is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers.
