Mary Fran has worked in the real estate industry in some capacity for the last 7 years.  Mary Fran focuses on marketing efforts for the Near North brand.  She previously was a manager at Fair Deal of Illinois, Inc. where she focused on disposition and business development.  Prior to that she managed the subsidiary of Attorneys’ Title Guaranty Fund, Inc.,  Auctions by ATG.  Auctions by ATG provided commercial and residential auction services for lenders, investors, brokers, and the general public. Gill was in charge of marketing and auctioning the properties, as well as business development.  Prior to Auctions by ATG she was a commercial title representative for Attorneys’ Title Guaranty Fund, Inc..  Gill currently sits on the Advisory Council for the Goldie Initiative.

Gill received her M.S. in Real Estate from Roosevelt University where she was a Goldie B. Wolfe Miller Women Leaders in Real Estate Scholar. Gill holds a B.A. in Public Relations from the University of Dayton.
