Ms. Morrison focuses on the oversight of all complex commercial real estate transactions handled by the National Commercial Services division of Near North National Title, as well as its day-to-day operations and business development initiatives. Since 2005, Colleen has collaborated with corporations, REITs, law firms, lenders and developers throughout the United States to facilitate acquisitions, dispositions and financings for her customers.

Ms. Morrison began her title career in one of the top-producing National Business Units of a major underwriter. After a period as an associate in private practice, she re-entered the title industry and successfully developed National Commercial Operations teams for two Midwest-based agencies. Colleen’s track record of stellar customer service and dedication to closing commercial real estate transactions with efficiency and integrity has generated a loyal customer following.

An active member of the real estate industry, Colleen has served on the Communications Committee of CREW Chicago since 2013. Most recently, she was a panelist on the topic of commercial real estate transactions at the American Land Title Association’s 2014 Annual Convention.

Colleen received her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and her B.A. in Communication and English, also from Loyola. She studied abroad at the Rome and Beijing campuses and was the recipient of the CALI Award and Dean’s list honors.
